Reserve a Date
Please be advised that reservations are not considered definite until an advance deposit is received. Deposits are applied toward your balance and are non-refundable. If a reservation is outside of 90 days, a deposit of $150 will be required to reserve a date for a catered event of 50 people or more. Smaller events require a $100 deposit. If your date is inside of 90 days the below payment schedule still applies, and all back payments will be required upon reserving your event.

The following payment schedule applies to all catered events:

  • One-third of the total bill is required 90 days prior to event
  • The second third is required 30 days prior to event
  • The last third is required 7 days prior to event

If any additional charges are incurred after the balance is paid in full, payment is required at the end of the event. Late payments will incur a fee.

** Book your date as soon as it is confirmed. Weekends, holidays, and summer months fill up fast.

Final Count
A final guest count is required 7 days prior to your event. Menu selections may not be altered thereafter. Should your guest count increase after the final count deadline, we will do our best to accommodate your additional guests. Guest counts cannot decrease after the final count deadline.

Full Service Catering
A minimum of 20 guests or $300 is required for all full service catered events.

 

 

Drop-off Service
A delivery fee of $50 will be charged for 50 people or less. $25 will be added for every 50 people thereafter. Set-up service, as well as disposable chafing dishes, can be included at customer request with additional fees. Orders must be placed 72 hours prior to drop-off.

All drop-off events must be paid in full prior to delivery.

Event Staffing
Full service catered events will be automatically charged an 18% gratuity. A minimum charge of $75 per server will be applied to the final bill. The Service Staff will cover and set the tables, and provide table service and clean-up. They will also handle buffet set-up, refilling, and clean-up. If the total on-site time exceeds 4 hours, additional fees will apply.

Rentals
We will handle all rental arrangements for your catered event. This can include items such as tents, tables and chairs, linens, and place settings (china, silverware, glassware). We can also provide limousine and valet services, a florist, entertainment, and a photographer at customer request.

Cancellation Policy
If an event must be cancelled, a full refund of all payments will be issued if the cancellation is 45 days prior to the event. If the time frame is 30 days prior to the event, you will be refunded 50% of your total payment. If an event is cancelled 15 days prior to your event you will be refunded 25% of your total payment.
