We can customize recipes and complete menus to your request. We will accomodate special requests and substitutions when possible. All entrees include complete table settings and appropriate condiments. Coffee and tea service available. We offer an assortment of juices and pop, iced tea, lemonade, and bottled water.
 
Appetizers

Chicken Fingers. Boneless, skinless white meat battered with special seasonings. Served with a variety of dipping sauces.
Sea Scallops. Large, fresh scallops wrapped in bacon.
Potato Skins. Fresh cut, never frozen. Always a good choice!
Buffalo Wings. Served in quantities of 50. Tossed in your choice of sauce (Mild, Medium, Hot, Teriyaki, Honey Mustard, or Barbeque).
Shrimp Scampi. Excellent! Eight large shrimp sautéed in garlic and butter.
Chili Cheese Dip. Chili, hamburger, and cheese are combined to make this tasty dip. Served with Tortilla Chips.
Mozzarella Sticks. Served with marinara sauce.
Spinach Dip. A crowd pleaser. Choose fresh rye bread or tortilla chips.
Large Shrimp Cocktail. Eight large shrimp per serving.
Spring Rolls. Something light. Served with dipping sauce.
Breaded Mushrooms. A top seller. Served with ranch dressing for dipping.
Swedish Meatballs. Home-made meatballs with a sweet, tangy flavor.
Pot Stickers. Steamed chicken and vegetable pot stickers. Served with a ginger-soy dipping sauce.
Pierogies. A Cleveland classic. Your choice of potato and cheese, or potato only pierogies. Ask your consultant about our special flavors and seasonal options.

Chicken Noodle Soup. A classic noodle soup with chicken, carrots, celery, and egg noodles.

Salads

Garden Salad.
Mixed greens, carrots, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, fresh-grated cheese, and toasted almonds. Grilled chicken breast or jumbo shrimp additional.
Greek Salad. Mixed greens, diced cucumbers, sliced tomatoes, calamata olives, red onion, and feta cheese. Grilled chicken breast or jumbo shrimp additional.
Chef Salad. Mixed greens, ham, smoked turkey, bacon, cucumber, tomatoes, black olives, cheddar cheese, hard-boiled egg, and croutons.
Garden Pasta Salad. Tri-color pasta with carrots, celery, cucumbers, tomatoes, green bell peppers, and onion. Tossed with a light, tangy dressing and garnished with parmesan cheese.
Greek Pasta Salad. Rotini pasta with cucumbers, tomatoes, black olives, green onions, and feta cheese. Tossed with a flavorful, homemade dressing.
Creamy Pasta Salad. Penne pasta is tossed with cucumbers and tomatoes then mixed with a creamy, one-of-a-kind dressing with a hint of dill.
Ranch Pasta Salad. Pasta with a blend of cheeses, bacon bits, green onions, black olives, and green olives. Tossed with a ranch-style dressing.
